If the artist needs to travel 1.5 hours or more or requires overnight accommodation, extra travel fees will apply. • How long does a guest portrait take?

  • In about an hour, we can create approximately 6 to 10 sketches, with each sketch typically showcasing 1 to 3 figures. Additionally, since every sketch is meticulously crafted by hand, this timeframe is both practical and reasonable.

• What if I'm expecting a larger guest list?

  • Minh Dinh also offers commission sketches at a discounted rate, which are completed off-site. During the event, he photographs your guests and creates the sketches afterward. The finished artwork is then mailed directly to your guests or sent to you for distribution.

    For larger guest lists, Minh Dinh also provides artist sourcing through his trusted network of talented illustrators. Each artist brings their own unique artistic style while maintaining the elegant aesthetic that our clients and guests have come to love.

• What style of portraits do wedding illustrators create?

  • Minh Dinh focuses on creating fashion-style illustrations, which differ from caricatures. Sketches are done in watercolor and/or markers in a multi-disciplinary approach.

  • Yes. If you would like a logo printed, the estimated cost is $0.85 per card. An alternative option is developing an ink stamp with your logo (around $30-$50 Total). 

  • For special logo printing, such as foiling, the estimated cost is $2.80 per card. If special printing is needed, please communicate this in advance to allow ample time for printing and shipping.
